Usage Rights

• Scope of Use: The rights granted to the client are strictly for the specific media and platforms agreed upon in the selected package (e.g., social media, digital ads, print). Any use outside of the agreed scope must be authorized by Luxe Star in writing and may incur additional fees.
• Duration: The usage rights are valid for 1 year from the date of asset delivery. After this period, renewal or extension of usage rights must be negotiated separately.
• Geographic Limitations: Unless otherwise specified, the usage rights are granted for use within [Country/Region]. Global usage rights may be available upon request and at an additional cost.

Image Usage Terms & Restrictions : Pornographic, defamatory, libelous, immoral, obscene, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful use of this image is strictly prohibited. 

Licensing

• Exclusive Rights: The client receives exclusive rights to use the provided photos and videos within the agreed scope and duration. 
• Third-Party Licensing: The client is prohibited from sublicensing, selling, or distributing the assets to third parties without prior written consent from Luxe Star.
• Intellectual Property: All assets remain the intellectual property of Luxe Star and the celebrity involved. Usage is strictly limited to the terms agreed upon in the package. Unauthorized use beyond the licensed terms will result in legal action and additional fees.

  Indemnity

• The client agrees to indemnify and hold Luxe Star and the celebrity harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the unauthorized use of the assets outside of the agreed terms.
